The footage archives, producers and users of footage debate rights issues for access to content.
We’re all aware that there is a wide ranging debate about rights protection and the impact of the internet on the use of archive content. Pressure is on to make archive material readily available.
* Is the current situation Fair?
* What does this mean for the rights holders – are they too protective?
For the first time FOCAL International provides a platform for representatives of all the interested parties to get together to air their different perspectives.
