The lost silent masterpiece "The Life Story of David Lloyd George" is now available on DVD from the National Library of Wales.
The film, made in 1918 was "lost" for 70 years before being discovered and restored by the Wales Film and Television Archive (now the National Screen and Sound Archive of Wales).
The 2 disc DVD features music composed and performed by Neil Brand, together with an introduction by Philip Madoc, interviews about the music with Neil, and about the historical perspective by Kevin Brownlow.
The DVD is available from the National Library shop (+44 [0]1970 632 548).
